Telkom - Worst after-sales service - No Service At All

Their customer service is pathetic to say the least. I have a contract that's expiring end of Oct. Upon enquery, i'm told there is no email address to forward my request to. So Telkom, a huge mobile service company does not have a customer care email address?? I've dialed 081180 and i was told to phone back within an hour as their system is offline. I've requested the service agent to phone me when their system is back online & i was told that they cannot phone me back back but they can conveniently give marketing phone calls. This is pathetic!!! Also, their increase took effect in June, i was billed from May. That cannot be sorted either as there's no feedback nothing. It's very frustrating and I'm trying my utmost best to sort this matter out on a professional level but they're making it highly impossible.
