TELKOM! WORST !!!

Worst service ever, I placed an order for a phone they advertised, Telkom debited my account successfully, upon waiting for further details a week had gone by, no news from Telkom, then I called to follow up, apparently the phone I wanted was already discontinued, therefore false advertising, and I was only notified about this upon my follow up, I was okay with that so requested another device for cheaper, was told all is in order and i would recieve the device in 5-7 working days, 7 working days had passed no news at all from Telkom! Then my call to them was to cancel the order and give me a refund, same day i canceled I got a call from Telkom saying I would recieve the Phone in 3 days If i dont cancel and choose to proceed, Its now day 5 and Im writing this with still no device or anything from Telkom telling me why! I have left 3 mails and calls requesting a manager to call me regarding this, not one call received and thats 3 days running! They have my money and i have no device or communication from Telkom!!! Worst service Ever!!!!!
