Telkom worse then Loadshedding

Worse Service ever. Every month you have call in for account query as you have been over charged. i have a fibre line which is suppose to be R699 or something. but every month its R800 something or more. calling them for assistance is even worse, either offline or the stores dont deal with accounts or cash. seriously what do you do???
