Telkom, worse than terrible

Telkom, not even deserving one star because they are so much much worse than terrible. My internet contract was upgraded to a new package but the old contract was never cancelled so for the last six months I've been paying for both, old and new contract. I've phone them so many times now and each time have to explain the whole story. Nobody seems to be educated enough to sort out the problem. Even after the last person I spoke to said that the old contract is now cancelled, the payment just went off again. Not even sure how many calls it will take to get back my extra payments.
