Telkom worse than snake spit

I ported from Cell C to Telkom in the hope that I might get better signal reception, both for my phone and data package. Sorry to say, it is worse than Cell C. I have phoned the call center and a query has been logged. Not even a call-back was received up to now (case Number ********** 4 on 25 Oct 2018 today is 29 Oct 2018).

Please Telkom PR dept, don't call me! I will be porting again as soon as my bundle is depleted. That might take awhile due to your pathetic connection speeds
