Telkom... Worse than Donald Trump?

<p>What do Donald Trump, Telkom and gonorrhea have in common? They suck and everyone hates them. Sure, they don't **** people so they aren't as bad as say, ISIS or AIDS, but they seem to exist purely to make people wish they were dead, so I'd almost go as far as to say that they come close. It does make me wonder though; how does anyone get it right to suck so much at what they do? I mean, how do you fail so utterly at the one thing you exsist for and still maintain a monopoly? Oh right, more sucky things like the South African government. It seems like a simple process; a new customer calls, you tell them whether or not they can have a line installed. If they can, you proceed to do the paperwork and make an appointment to install the line. You then actually pitch up at the pre-arranged time and do the installation. They pay, you get paid. Win-win scenario. And yet you fail at every turn. Huh. It's almost like the babies that constantly appear in your ads are in fact running your company. Babies who cannot do paperwork, cannot read a clock, cannot stick to calendar dates. Cute, but useless at running a parastatal. At least babies are cute. You, Telkom, are not cute. You are sad. You make people sad, and you make the world a much sadder place. I have a sad Telkom story and it's several months long but I would prefer not to waste another minute of my life trying to get you to do your job. You just have to take one look at the other comments on this forum and in fact on Google to know that you Telkom are the absolute pits. My previous order number of about two months ago was 156 243 497 and my new order number is 157 189 894. You cancelled on me again today (3rd time) and it made me, sigh, sad. At least you are consistent in your ability to dissapoint. Please come and install my fibre before humanity relocates to Mars. That would be great. </p>
