Telkom worse service provider to deal with

Took out the telkom lte contract. Telkom promises up to 90mb. When i asked the agent what if i get slow speeds, he informed me that anything below 40mb a second i must log a fault with telkom and if the problem is not solved i can cancel my contract as its a breach of contract on telkoms side. Firt two months i was very happy with the speed nothing less than 30mb and that worked fine for me. The third month was a absolute nightmare, i was lucky to get 3mb, late at night or after 12pm i could get like 12 to 14mbs. Log a fault with telkom, called then twice after that still no help. Its gone over a month now still no help. I will never support this company again and i cant wait to cancel my contract.
