TELKOM - WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!! I REGRET SIGNING UP WITH THEM

No words can describe how disgusted I am with the service I received from Telkom, I received a call from this lady who sold me a pocket router, the sale went through okay and this lady asked me how I wish to pay got my monthly fees and I made it Clear! to her that I preferred a debit order to make sure that dont miss a payment, first Month the debit order did not run and I ask the lady who assisting me with the sale and she did not help at all then 2nd month pass as well and still no debit order taken from Telkom and their router did not connect to the network and I thought they probably disconnected as there were fees collected, all of a sudden on a clear sky blue I receive a call from one of the contact centres telling me that I have missed payment for Months, Firstly why was my account not debited as requested and secondly I believe that any sound business send its customers reminders if there's payment missing but NO Telkom decided to keep quite on my account and only decided to call me when my account is about to be handed over ...... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
