TELKOM WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to cancell a line with Telkom since 22/09/2020 t6o no avail. We have been sending all the wright documentation we have done this 7 times now wih out any luck. They have now handed us over to attorneys. What I would like to know is how do you get a job if you do not know how to do it or does telkom want money for services that is not being used. I am really sick and tired of this if there is any CEO that can handle the matter it would be appreciated.
