Telkom worse service ever

Worse service ever! Try to cancel my expired, paid up contract. Cancelled Nov 2020 they send me a case no. ***7, on 12 Nov. Still trying to stop them from deducting money from my bank account. Phoned then weekly. Just put you on hold, use all your airtime, never come back untill they cut you off. Never ever use Telkom again, and I was a customer for 50 years!
