Telkom! Worse service !!

I am very very very upset at the moment.

After we app**** in December for a telkom line the email that i received from one of your sales consultants today states that I am not the only one waiting for a telkom line and that it is going to take another 3 months for telkom install the line.

When I app**** for a telkom line on the 22 of December they told me it could take up to 3 weeks. Today it is already 5 weeks and now you guys want to tell me that i must wait another 3 months???

How can you promise services to your customer and not deliver.

It is really the worse service i have ever had in my entire life.
