Telkom worse place ever to take out contracts

Telkom is the worse service provider ever.Please all refrain from taking out any contracts with them .There customer service is terrible and i have been 3 weeks for my sim card to be activated.its like nobody knows what they doing over there.i regret ever putting myself in this mess
