Telkom : Worse Nightmare - Call Centre

Telkom: Worse Call Centre ! (1) You hold for more than 15 Min for a human being to answer the phone and have to listen to all their promotional computerised recording (2). They make it so difficult to cancel their service: You can not visit their branch to do so as you can not get through their 10210 , when you eventually have a human being on the other end of the 10210, you have to register and link your account before you can cancel their very poor service. (3) when you register on their website, it continued gave you error message. So now I can not cancel the service on the phone, at the branch or on their website !! They also gave you an email : ********** that failed with Mail return/rejection! When I voiced my frustration to one of their technical dept. who put down phone on me!
