Telkom worse network to be in. No customer service.

Its IMPOSSIBLE to get an option to talk to the agent, once you do, they drop the line without complete customer service.

Telkom is horrible. They have a lot of customers and can't handle the quality customer services.

Does the call centre have the Quality Assurers? I'm not sure
