Telkom worse company ever, no customer service at all.

Hi Guys,

I trust all is well. I'm am so frustrated with the service I am getting from Telkom. I got a contract with Telkom which was put in motion in the beginning of March. I am being ping ponged between different departments. Vuma came to put in the fibre a month and a half ago. We only received the router on Friday. Still nobody willng to help. They lie to us about superiors not being present about being offline. I would like this matter to be investigated because I want the service I am paying for. ????????
