Telkom - Worse Company!

Spend 2 hours with Telkom Call Centre today, after also visiting walk-in centre. In total spoke to 8 different people. No-one able to solve problem and only send you from one department to the next. Must be the worse company I had to deal with in over 30 years. Some staff members seems competent and willing to assist; many others NOT. Where is management??
