TELKOM..... Worse company!!!

This is the worse company ever!!!

we moved to a new house in May 2018 in April we already requested our line to be moved. The line was never moved and they kept on billing us. Then we requested the line to be suspended until it is been move (why should we pay for someone else to use our internet) again it never was done. after all this time we continue paying the account

we called another 3 times with the same problems and yet nothing was done. In July we canceled at the walk in centre. In September we called them to cancel the service , we were informed we will have to pay the current bill. we did.

and YET AGAIN we received a bill and the service wan't canceled. CALLING you doesn't help. going inside the store doesn't help.
