Telkom - worse communication ever!

It has been several months now since i handed in my cancellation form for my Telkom Wifi system after my contract expired, Yet Telkom keeps deducting money every month and fill their pockets. Why do we have to sit with such pathetic services??? Your communication channel is useless!!! I send more mails and called, yet YOU will still continue to deduct. USELESS!!
