Telkom worldcall voucher

I bought a R100 World Call Voucher on the 20th Feb 2023 at pick n pay braamfontein, however the voucher was not redeemable, as result I was instructed to send an email to *** for a pin reset. Till today I haven't received an responses, I'm sitting with a voucher that's not working. I need to use the voucher but I'm told to wait again for them to respond on my email. It's long overdue. I've called *** many times, however the kept on telling me there's nothing they can do as they don't handle queries sent on emails. I need this matter attended asap. It now seem like I've been ****med.
