Telkom working with ********** for their sales

I am very dissapointed at Telkom for allowing someone to buy an Iphone using my account number and bank account details without doing proper security checks, all they care about are making sales and not about ***** prevention. I cannot even afford a ****** IPhone but over R 2000 is being deducted from my account and reversals charge me alot.

I have never bought anything from TELKOM and I never will after this incident, someone better follow up on this case!!!
