Telkom working *******ly!

Was offered a cellular deal with Telkom. The deal looks good so I accept it. Telkom will supply me with a new SIM card and then port my Number over to them. At this stage I tell them that I’m about to leave the country for two months but they assure me that this SIM card will be delivered well before I depart. It is not. I go through international departures security check and am ready to fly when a delivery Courier phones me to see if I’ll be home to receive the card. I say not but tell them I’ll be back in two months. While in Shanghai and about a week later all of a sudden my service is unavailable. I find TELKOM has ported my number without my express permission or supplying me with the replacement SIM card. Wait until I’m back Telkom because the number you *******ly ported had a lot of prepaid money on it. There WILL be repercussions ?????
