Telkom workers at The Grove refused to help me. I needed to buy a sim card. They simply refused. I was like okay, no problem. I asked for a reference and they told me to go to menlynn. I went to the menlynn branch and when i explained my situation, they immediately assisted me. All i needed was a new sim card and a sim swap, the menlynn branch had amazing staff members that helped me in less than 10 minutes.
