Telkom workers are useless

Hi please help me. I played off my Telkom contruct in October 2019. Now I want to know what makes Telkom to request money from my Ned bank acc of which I don't even use. After 4 months I payed all the outstanding what do they want to me and making a credit for nothing. I'm not gonna pay that you can now take your number if it will end.
