Telkom word means nothing

We were promised a tv lit box with our 2 year contract upon installation, technician advised us to go collect at telkom store in Richards bay. Been there 3 times and been out of stock for almost a month. Keep getting passed around to different departments all the time when I phone telkom. My house number is ********** . How can you advertise and promise a product that telkom cannot deliver?
