Telkom Worceste

I'm so dissapointed with the service I'm receving from Telkom Worcester. 1st - When I wanted to upgrade and was told that my number was allocated (belongs) to someone else. It took them 2 weeks to sort this out. (I've should have seen the red light then already) 2nd - Today I wanted to upgrade and was told that there's outstanding money before I can upgrade. When I opened the contract last year, I paid all outstanding money. I want someone from customer care or head office to contact me, since the staff is so ***********.
