Telkom Woodlands - Zyxel router repairs

<p>I took my Zyxel router to Telkom Woodlands Boulevard for repairs in April 2017. I was told to wait for 21 days (which was never mentioned when the modem was advertised...). More than 2 months later, I am still waiting! I got a call from the store a few days ago to say the replacement router is ready for collection. I got there on 25 June - there was no router, and no explanation - till today. What is expected of me as a client, at this stage?</p>
