Telkom Woodlands has the worst service

Telkom Woodlands gave me the incorrect item. Within 30min I was back and they were unable to refund me as they had no cash available and can't do card refunds apparently. This was Sunday, they told me to be back on Tuesday for my refund, It's Thursday and they still unable to refund me. Their landline never works, I can't get through to Telkom customer care, how do I get hold of the branch manager since they can't give me any info in store?
