Telkom won’t resolve my query instead are demanding payments

Hi, I walked in at the telkom shop at park station JHB on the 03/11/2020. I was assisted in obtaining my cell phone number,. apparently it's two accounts I have with telkom AND I ONLY KNOW OF ONE AND I AM IN POSSESSION OF ONE SIM CARD .

However, I keep getting billed and have been handed over to Nudebt collections. None of my concerns or queries have been answered. Telkom is ****** and I will not pay till I get pure clarity. This is not right someone must answer on behalf of Telkom.
