Telkom won't replace adsl Inchanga

Telkom has refused to replace the ADSL cables for inchanga after they were ****** they wont install a fiber line we have no other access to Internet theres no LTE here even 3g is unstable we are paying for services we cant use we have no access to Internet or phone lines. Everyone in Inchanga is complaining about this i hope it can get resolved soon.
