Telkom won’t pay back my money!

I have cancelled my home WiFi service with Telkom due to their poor customer service and not being able to fix my line. I got billed for the services I did not use. They arranged for a refund with I requested on the 12th of June. I was told that the money will be in my account in 14 working days. It is way past that time now and when I call them they keep postponing. My line was ***
