Telkom won't let you cancel

Telkom, why is it so difficult to cancel an LTE contract? Your service is unacceptable, and your connectivity is consistently subpar. I demand that my contract be canceled within 12 hours, or I will escalate this matter to the ICASA Ombudsman.
