Telkom Won't Let me Cancel Contract

Telkom won't let me cancel my account. They send me to a website that does not work. I called and they said I have reached the wrong department after choosing the cancellation option on their 10213 an 10120 numbers. I called again and soon I a mentioned the reason for my call, they dropped the call.
