Telkom won't help in error made by them

I have been without WIFI for 2 days now due to an error made by Telkom and I call them 5x a day yet no one is helpful. My service has been suspended yet they tell me that I have a credit on my account and it is up to date. So disappointed in them, I have been with them for years and always heard people complain, this is disgusting service, My daughter need this WIFI for her school work n***
