Telkom Won't Give Me My Contract

I have 3 Contracts for 3 different devices & data plans with Telkom. 1st contract was done in store, other 2 were online and over the phone. I have been requesting to have my contracts emailed to me for insurance purposes. Went in store & called every single Telkom line and used every single extension available. Not one single person can help me. I have asked for managers to call me, I am still waiting. This is ******* and I am about to lay a complaint against Telkom with ICASA.
