Telkom won't cancel the Prime Video free trial!

I took up a free Prime Video trial via Telkom, it was mobile only, I needed a full profile but in order to upgrade I had to cancel my free trial, Prime Video said I can only cancel it via Telkom. On the Telkom site under entertainment the Prime Video subscription does not appear anywhere. I call in to Telkom and the agent keeps insisting I cancel it on the Prime Video app, when I tell her I can't she says please hold, then she comes back and says "You have to cancel it on the Prime Video app." I explain to her that the Prime Video app says only Telkom can cancel then she once again puts me on hold then comes back to say "You have to cancel it on the Prime Video app." FFS!!!!
