Telkom wont cancel my subscription

I have tried to cancel my account with Telkom multiple times. 3 times over the website which they suggest and 4 times via online chat. I have emigrated and cannot phone the phone number provided. Its August and they send me a monthly bill. Stay away, never take a contract with Telkom, you will regret getting tangled with this.
