Telkom won't cancel my services.

I've tried for more than a month now to get my services cancelled with this company and I've just receieved another invoice. For a month I haven't been using their services, for a month I've been told "the cancellations department will contact you".

And then they have the cheek to phone me to offer me a "fibre upgrade" at twice the cost of my new provider.

For the first three years I've been with Telkom I always said they weren't as bad as everyone said, but the last few interactions with them have completely changed my mind. Avoid them like the plague.
