TELKOM WON'T CANCEL MY CONTRACT NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I PHONE!!!!!

I have jumped through all of Telkom's hoops but they just don't cancel my contract. Month after month the debit order comes off and I phone in, send emails and the agents just say there's nothing they can do, they've escalated it!!! Telkom is the worst ever!!!!! *********** staff, and they just rob you month after month!!!!!
