Telkom won't cancel my account

I have been trying to have my account canceled for over 3 months and all I get are bills after bill after bill. I app**** to have both my landline and adsl line canceled to no avail. When I called the the landline was canceled not the adsl "or so they say" and after that call was told no they adsl was canceled not the landline. Then I call again and they tell me it's been canceled and I will be credited from the date of cancelation request but all I get is billed. This is totally and utterly ridiculous. And you can't not pay them because then Telkom defaults you but what about me they are not doing what they must now i must pay for it. NO MORE.
