We have never experienced such disrespect for a service consultant! We arrived on site to do a Sim Swap and were told there were no Sim Cards By Nokwazi Volane, she just wanted to go to lunch.

We decided to wait till someone helped us and eventually a Sim Card was there. Whilst helping us she carried on saying "dont these people know that we have to eat"

Its disgusting that such places can have employees that are so disrespectful to customers.

We will never be visiting this store ever again. YOU ARE GIVING JOBS TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE.
