Telkom Wonderpark- pathetic service

How is it possible that this company can still be in operation when one analyses the TRUST INDEX and poor service ratings? Telkom Wonderpark (Near Entrance 1) has THE most pathetically slow service! My contract was up for renewal, for OBVIOUS REASONS, I did not want to renew it. Why it could not be done telephonically nor over the Internet, I have no idea? Queued for over an hour! Finally got to see a consultant. 5 Consultants were 'actively' on duty however only 2 were ACTUALLY working. The excessive NOISE LEVELS created by staff a yelling at each other, instead of PROFESSIONALLY going to speak to each other, actually forced me to stop communicating with the staff member handling my case. In a country where there is an unemployment level of over 33%, one would THINK these staff members would UP THERE GAME to keep their store optimally productive and producing a profit to ensure it is not shut down. #nobrainer
