Telkom Wonderpark employee Pauline Homeni Rude to customers

Hello, I visited Telkom wonderpark because my phone didn't place or receive calls, I was helped by a lady named Pauline Homeni or Homeli, the rudeness of the person, she spoke so low, and when I told her I didn't hear her, she pulled her face and I told my problem with the phone, she said she will do a sim swap and asked for my documents, I said isn't there a way she can check and fix the problem besides doing a sim swap, she asked me if I wanted help or not, after she was done, she yelled thank you to me as I was about to exit, I complaint on twitter and got no response, clearly Telkom cares not about their customers and their employees are aware of this hence the treatment.
