Telkom Wonderpark

I have never been so annoyed with the **** and *********** service from Telkom. Every month we receive 120GB, and yesterday the 16th the data was finished, and it always lasted us a whole month. It is only the two of us in the house. We don't even use the data to watch movies and all that.....in 16 days 120GB is finished, when we went to the branch today they can't explain it 🤔 🙄 when we ask furthers questions sudden they are offline. We came back home and called the call centre they lady couldn't also explain and was contradicting what the ladies at the branch was saying. They don't even have consistency. Now because we don't have data, we bought 40GB today at 13h00 and now at 16h00 we are left with 25GB, where did the 15GB go, we were not using the phones just watching their data disappear. I've now switched off the wifi because I don't understand. This is so frustrating and frustrating. So tomorrow again I'll be going to the branch to hear the same ****.
