Telkom Wonderboom Junction Absolutely pathetic. Brenda Please go for training on how to do proper customer service and customer care.

I went in to port my landline from Neotel to Telkom Everything was fine, however, nothing explained to me n how it works, how much i pay per minute, no contract or order number given, Nothing. And after numberous emails sent to the lady (Brenda) who assisted me, still no response.

Simcard was said to be activated after 48hours, its now 3 weeks later and it still doesn't work with a number given to me pending the port process. This is one of the worst experiences ive ever had with Telkom. Never Mind not being assisted correctly in store, Worst part waiting 10Mina on the line that no one answers.

Total disregard of customer needs Telkom please do proper staff training.
