Telkom wondepark has no phone

<p>Okay my title is a bit exaggerated but let me give you the full story on Sunday 15th May I went to telkom wonderpark to upgrade my contract and they told me i will be notified when ny case nr is resolved i then got an email my case nr is resolved but feeling unsure I try to call them several times No answer and a full mail box .today I decided to go to them and ask if can get my upgrade they set it was a mistake on the system about the case number being resolved so I ask for a number on which I can call them so i dont have to come in to store each day to find out my case number is not yet resolved so she gave me the same number that no one answers in front of her I call the number still no answer I tell her there is no answer and she said the phone is at the back whilst a phone is right next to her with no ringing at all I ask her why she then told me "how would i feel if she answer the phone when she is busy with me she dont want waste my petrol money "i was the only client at the consultants counter there was 4 members in that store it was not busy no one anwers the phone !!! It's Telkom the landline provider and no answers the phone </p>
