Telkom won't let me cancel my landline!

<p>I have been trying for more than a year to cancel my landline. There is no number to dial for this, only an e-mail channel (very clever). I have sent numerous follow-up mails and no response. I keep receiving a bill though. I even paid my bill a couple of months after my first attempt to cancel, purely as I did not have the energy at the time to deal with possible legal threats. But no more.</p>
