Telkom woes .................

I have an Internet 5 Promo (10GB) package with Telkom which I have tried to cancel since May 2020. I have tried the Telkom call centre and have been sent from pillar to post with no results. In June I went to the Telkom shop in Krugersdorp and queued for an hour and a half, only to be told that they cannot find the Internet 5 Promo on my account. I agreed to email a copy of the monthly bill to the same shop. This I have done three times now and still the Internet 5 Promo reflects on my account at R 200,74 for the month. Please help !!!
