Telkom woes

After my review on hello Peter Telkom credited my account on 3 June leaving me with a balance if R281 on my account. On 2 June I paid R730 which should have cleared my account and left me with a credit balance. Today is the 10th my fone is still locked when I fone Telkom I still receive a message that my account is in arrears with R1344. I am totally lost I really do not know what to do ?
