Telkom woes

im so unhappy with this service. all I want to do is cancel my account and it is so difficult. first I can't find the correct number for my relevant department online. then I get sent from pillar to post when I reach a consultant then wen I finally think I have cancelled my account I get a number of invoices. I really am unhappy with this and I think Telkom is abusing its powers
