Telkom woes

I have been experiencing terrible problems with my Telkom Data Connectivity. For the past 2 weeks- Telkom connectivity has been going offline- their explanation is that they are in the process of changing networks. My frustration is because I have missed valuable deadlines for my job and my employer is not interested in my connectivity issues. Its a serious setback as I am a commission earner - and I have basically lost two weeks worth of income as I have not been able to connect to the sites that I need to. Its petrol costs as well- as I have driven back and fourth to the local Telkom shop for assistance. I feel that Telkom - should not have been selling data to its clients in this time- as its basically been useless. I have lost income, bought useless data and I stand the risk of being disciplined by my employer. This is terrible service.
